Important Notice
These Terms and Conditions apply when you order or purchase goods from our website. We may update them from time to time, so please make sure you accept the latest version when placing an order. Any reference to “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of this website; “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to COMPASS CLASSIC. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, you cannot place an order through our website.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason. See "Right of Withdrawal" for more.
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, meaning you have certain rights regarding the condition and quality of the goods. See "Defective and Incorrect Items" for more.
Ordering
The website is open 24/7, but may be temporarily down for maintenance. We will try to limit such downtime.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site and have a valid payment card that we accept (see "Payment" below).
We only accept orders placed through the website — not via email, phone, or mail.
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases without liability:

When Are You Bound by Your Order?
Before submitting your order, you can change entered information, including shipping, billing, or payment details.
When you click "Complete Payment" and the receipt appears on your screen, you are bound by the purchase.
If you made a mistake, contact our Customer Service right away — we’re here to help. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
The Right of Withdrawal applies after the agreement is concluded — see below.

Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and maintain security, we may conduct verification checks of the information you provide during the order process, including address and payment details.

You will be asked for the card’s security code — typically a three-digit number on the back. This is required to complete your purchase securely.
Prices
All prices include taxes, VAT, and applicable fees. Delivery costs vary by country and order and are shown separately in your cart and at checkout.
Your payment will be charged once your items leave our warehouse.
Currency
The delivery address determines the applicable currency. Changing the delivery country may affect prices and delivery costs.

Delivery
We deliver to Denmark (shipping fee of 39 DKK) and all countries within the European Union (EU), including Cyprus (shipping fee of 12 €). We offer free shipping from an order size of minumum 1000 DKK (Denmark) and 200€ (EU).
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation with detailed information regarding the freight cost for your specific delivery country. Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Conditions
Items are delivered to the address provided in the order. We deliver to home addresses, business addresses, and pickup points – not P.O. boxes. Items are delivered Monday to Friday. Delivery time depends on the destination country and carrier.
Someone must sign for receipt of the goods. It does not need to be you – a person at the delivery address (e.g., family, friend, receptionist) may sign on your behalf.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, refuse receipt. If you wish to complain about a defect, contact us – see “Defective and Incorrect Items”.
Separate Deliveries
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately. You will not be charged extra for this.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods physically or they are delivered to the designated pickup point.
If you ordered multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the date of the last delivery.
To exercise your right, notify COMPASS CLASSIC clearly via email. The withdrawal deadline is met if your message is sent within the 30-day period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, minus a return shipping fee of 39 DKK (Denmark) and 12€ (EU), within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.
Items must be returned within 30 days from notifying us of your withdrawal. We recommend keeping the receipt as proof of return.
You are only liable for any diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature and function.
Defective and Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or incorrect, contact our Customer Service immediately. If the issue is visible at delivery, refuse the package.
Return the item, and we will refund the purchase and shipping once processed. You will be asked to provide your order number, item reference, and description of the issue.
You are not responsible for return shipping costs for defective/incorrect items. Refunds will be processed upon receipt.
Items purchased through resellers must be returned to the point of sale with valid proof of purchase.
Consumer Protection Law
All online purchases are protected by a 24-month warranty under consumer law, covering defects present at the time of purchase.
COMPASS CLASSIC is responsible for resolving defects within the first 6 months. Between 6–24 months, the burden of proof lies with you.

Invalidity
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining terms still apply.
Assignment
COMPASS CLASSIC may transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement to third parties. Service levels will remain unchanged. You agree to such future assignment by accepting these Terms.
